The modernly decorated Mattuzzi house has a reception capacity for 6 people. The cosy living room has a large sofa bed and a TV with multiple channels. In addition to the living room there is a space for hanging out with friends and family by the fireplace, kitchen and dining room for 8 people and a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and electrical appliances (filter coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, mixer, kettle, ceramic hob with two stoves, induction hob with 1 stove, barbecue gas, high chair / high chair for child). It has three bedrooms with double beds. Each room has a TV, air conditioning / heating and a mirror. The house is fully air conditioned and free WiFi is at your disposal. It also has three bathrooms, of which one bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, hair dryer while the other two have a shower and hairdryer. In addition to the basic facilities of the house, Villa Mattuzzi offers a handful of additional facilities such as a swimming pool, fully equipped summer kitchen by the pool, which is ideal for hanging out with family and friends, laundry room, facilities for children and adults such as children's playground , basketball hoop, football goals.

The pool is salt and hydromassage. There is a possibility of heating the pool at an additional cost. By the pool there are sunbeds for a total of 8 people, two sunumbrellas. Within the building there are 4 parking spaces and the parking lot is fenced.

 

Deposit: € 150,00 per person for groups of young people under 30 and € 300,00 for people over 30 - charged on the spot and returned to guests on the day of departure if there is no damage to the apartment.
