PROGRAM: Day 1: Arrival to Belgrade, meeting with our tour guide, half board accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2: Check out from the hotel in Belgrade after breakfast. Sightseeing in Begrade followed by a drive to Skopje via Niš. (440 Km)
Day 3: Tour of the capital of Macedonia with guide. Visit of the old bazaar, Daut Pashin Hammam, Mustafa Pasha Mosque.
After the tour in Skopje drive to Kosovo – visit to the Monastery Gracanica and scenic drive through Pristina - the capital of Kosovo. Return to Skopje.
Dinner in a typical restaurant with grill specialties in Skopje. (90 Km)
Day 4: You leave Skopje and Macedonia after breakfast and head toward one of the youngest European states – Kosovo, where you will visit Prizren, the second biggest city in Kosovo that is located at the foot of the Šar mountains. This Serbian Orthodox trading town became, with the arrival of Islam in the 15th century regional centre to a further religion. After a tour of the city, you head to Shkoder in Albania. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Shkoder. (260 Km)
Day 5: After the tour of Shkodra, you leave Albania and head to Montenegro. At the border between Albania and Montenegro you will visit the National Park Skutari Lakes. After this visit you will reach Podgorica – Capital of Montenegro. Sightseeing, dinner and overnight at the hotel in Podgorica are planned. (100 Km)
Day 6: You leave Podgorica after breakfast and drive through the impressive Morača Canyon to the National Park Biogradska Gora.
It consists essentially of unspoilt, ancient forests, vast mountains with altitudes of over 2000 meters in part, mountain streams and green mountainmeadows and six glacial lakes.
After a break in Biogradska Gora you continue your journey to Serbia. Shortly after the border you will be in Zlatibor and at your hotel. (220 Km)
Day 7: After breakfast, you will visit an Ethno village in traditional style designed as a setting for a film by Emil Kusturica.
In Mokra Gora is the attractive tourist railway museum basedon the unique structure. 300 m height difference between Mokra Gora and Sargan and a distance of 3.5 km were solved on a unique and only possible way - with anunusual railway track in the shape of the number 8. This exceptional route is 13.5 km long and passes through 22 tunnels, and over 5 bridges and viaducts. After a ride with this unique railway, you continue to the next state - Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In the evening you arrive at your hotelin Sarajevo. (140 Km)
Day 8: After breakfast, city tour of Sarajevo. Orthodox and Catholic churches, mosques and synagogues are only a few steps apart. Oriental flair characterizes the old town with many craft shops. After this tour, you head to Jajce.
This small town was, before the conquest by the Ottoman Empire, the seat of the kings of Bosnia. The old town is located on a hill above a 21 m high waterfall. After a break in this unique city, with the waterfall almost in the city centre, you continue your journey to Banja Luka. With a local guide you will visit the Roman Castellum and enjoythis unique combination of Austro-Hungarian and oriental flair. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Banja Luka. (230 Km)
Day 9: After breakfast, you leave Bosnia and Herzegovina and drive home across Croatia and Slovenia.
