Modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and a comfortable balcony, 70 m2, is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is accessible only by stairs. Each apartment is air-conditioned, has a flat-screen TV with satellite programs, safe, telephone and high-speed WI-FI internet.

Two bedrooms, both with double bed (180x210 cm) are separated from the living room. The living room can accommodate additional 2 people on the couch (160x200cm) and has access to a furnished balcony of 12m2 with a view towards the sea and the nearby pine forest. The apartment does not have an unobstructed view of the sea.

The elegant and functional kitchen contains a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, an electric hob, a kettle and basic cooking equipment, a washing machine in a separate area, and a dining room suitable for 4-6 people.

There are two good size bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower, toilet and a hair dryer.

Towels and bed linen are available to guests during their stay (1 set during their stay).

Final cleaning of the apartment is included in the accommodation price.
